How do I find and buy tickets on BLOCO?

Buying tickets on BLOCO is quick and easy. Here's exactly how it works from start to finish.
Finding an event
- 1Head to bloco.co.uk or open the BLOCO app on your phone.
- 2Use the search bar to find your event - search by event name, artist, or location.
- 3Browse the results and tap or click the event you want.
- 4Check the event details - date, venue, ticket types, and price - before you go any further.
Choosing your tickets
- 1Select the ticket type you want - for example General Admission, VIP, or Early Bird.
- 2Choose how many tickets you need.
- 3If there are any add-ons available (like merchandise or upgrades), you can select those too.
- 4When you're happy, tap 'Book Now' or 'Get Tickets' to head to checkout.
Completing your purchase
- 1Enter your details - name and email address. If you already have a BLOCO account, just log in and your details will be filled in automatically.
- 2Review your order summary, including the ticket price and booking fee.
- 3Enter your payment details. BLOCO accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment is processed securely by Stripe.
- 4Tap 'Confirm and Pay' to complete your booking.
After you've booked
You'll receive a booking confirmation email straight away with your tickets attached. Your tickets are also saved in your BLOCO account and in the app, so you can always find them there.
No account? No problem. You can buy tickets as a guest, but creating a free BLOCO account means your tickets are always saved in one place and easy to find on event day.
Tickets are limited. If a ticket type shows as sold out, it's gone - there's no waitlist unless the organiser has set one up.
