How do I contact the event organiser?
Find the organiser on the event page, your confirmation email, or their social media for anything about the event itself.
For anything to do with the event itself - refunds, cancellations, event details, accessibility, or anything else related to the event - you'll need to contact the organiser directly. BLOCO is the ticketing platform; the organiser runs the event.
Where to find the organiser's contact details
On the event page: head to the event listing on bloco.co.uk. Scroll down and you’ll find the organiser’s name and contact details in the event description or in the organiser section at the bottom of the page.
In your booking confirmation email: your confirmation email includes the event organiser’s details. Search your inbox for your BLOCO confirmation and look for their contact information.
On their social media: most event organisers are active on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. A quick search of the event name or organiser name will usually find them. Social media is also often where cancellations and updates are posted first, so it’s worth a follow.
What BLOCO can help with
- Organiser - refunds, event details, cancellations, lineup changes, accessibility, venue info
- BLOCO - missing tickets, confirmation emails, payment queries, platform issues, account problems
If you're not sure who to contact, start with our AI assistant in the help centre - it'll point you in the right direction straight away.
What if I can't get a response from the organiser?
If you've tried to reach the organiser and haven't heard back - especially if it's about a refund for a cancelled event - contact us at support@bloco.co.uk. Include the event name, your booking reference, and what you've already tried. We'll do our best to help you get a resolution.
BLOCO cannot force an organiser to issue a refund or respond to a complaint. Our role is to facilitate the ticketing process. For disputes about the event itself, the organiser is the right contact.
