It depends on the organiser's refund policy. The booking fee is always non-refundable.
Why is the booking fee non-refundable?
The fee pays for services already delivered at the point of purchase, so it cannot be reversed.
The event has been cancelled - what happens to my ticket?
You're entitled to a refund of the ticket face value once the organiser authorises it; the booking fee is non-refundable.

Find the organiser on the event page, your confirmation email, or their social media for anything about the event itself.
How long does a refund take to appear?
Once approved, BLOCO processes within 30 days; card refunds then take 5-10 business days to show.
